CRANBERRY CHIFFON PIE 
1 pkg. (4 serving size) strawberry Jello or sugar free Jello
3/4 c. boiling water
1 c. Ocean Spray whole cranberry sauce
1 tbsp. grated orange rind
1/2 c. Ocean Spray cranberry juice
2 c. thawed Cool Whip
1 baked 9" cooled pie shell

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cranberry sauce and rind; add juice. Chill until thickened. Fold in whipped topping. Chill again until mixture will mound. Pour into pie shell. Chill until firm, about 3 hours. Garnish with cranberries if desired.
