STRAWBERRY CREPE 
1 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
Pinch salt
3 eggs, well beaten
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. melted butter
Strawberry jam
Confectionery sugar, sifted

To make crepes: Sift flour, sugar and salt. Stir in eggs. Slowly add milk and 2 tablespoons butter (melted), stirring until smooth. Put 1/2 teaspoon butter into small skillet 6" to 7" and melt over medium heat. Pour thin layer of butter and tilt until it covers the entire skillet. When brown, turn over and brown other side. Keep in warm oven. Repeat until batter is gone. When crepes are done, spread each with jam; roll up and sprinkle with confectioners' sugar. Serve warm. 4 to 6 servings.
