STRAWBERRY MERINGUE PIE 
3 egg whites
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. finely chopped nuts

Beat egg whites and baking powder until foamy. Gradually add sugar, continue beating until peaks form and mixture is still glossy. Fold in graham cracker crumbs and mix. Pour into greased 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 300 degrees 35 minutes. Cool and chill crust. Top with sliced strawberries or peaches and top with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
