“KAHLUA CUPCAKES” IS IN:

KAHLUA CUPCAKES 
12 tbsp. (1 1/2 sticks) butter
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
3 large eggs
1/2 cup cold water
1/2 cup kahlua
2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
3 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 350°F. Insert liners into a medium cupcake pan.

In a large bowl cream together the butter, cocoa, sugar, vanilla and Kahlua with an electric mixer until light and creamy, 3-5 minutes. Add egg yolks, one at a time, beating after each addition (4 minutes).

Mix in ALL dry ingredients. Fill cupcake 3/4 full.

Bake in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool for 5 minutes, then cool completely on wire racks.
