DEB'S PICKLED FISH | |
30 fish 3 tbsp. salt 2 tbsp. pickling spices vinegar (enough to cover) Cut fish into small pieces. Cover with cold water and add three tablespoons of salt. Let soak for two hours. Drain fish well and place side by side in a pan. Add spices and vinegar enough to cover. Bake at 350°F until tender. Submitted by: Debbie Townsend |
