CHICKEN NOODLE HOT DISH 
1 to 1 1/2 c. cubed cooked chicken or turkey
1/2 pkg. of wide egg noodles
Fresh carrots cooked or 1 (16 oz.) can of carrots, drained
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
A little diced onion
1/4 c. chopped cooked celery is optional
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Combine the soup with milk and add chicken, noodles, carrots, onion, celery, salt and pepper in a large casserole. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes.

You can adjust quantities of ingredients to your liking. Also, a bit more milk can be added as it bakes to keep it moist.
