CHICKEN NOODLE HOT DISH 
1 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 stick butter
4 c. cooked chicken
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mushrooms, drained
1 c. bouillon
1 lg. can chow mein noodles

Saute onion and celery in butter. Add rest of ingredients except noodles. Put noodles in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour mixture over noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
