CHICKEN POPICOSH 
Oil or shortening
Paprika
Onion
Chicken
Salt
Pepper
Hot peppers
Carnation milk
Cornstarch

Amount of above ingredients depends on how much you are making.

Pour oil to cover bottom of pan. Sprinkle on paprika, 2 teaspoons to start. Add until red color. Chop up onion, add and simmer until onion is clear. Put in soup pan. Add raw chicken, cut up. Season with salt and pepper. Add water to cover chicken. Add more paprika. Add hot peppers, cut in half to taste. Take out seeds. Bring to a boil and simmer. Add a little pepper juice. Before serving, take chicken out and put in bowl. Add 3/4 can Carnation milk. Thicken gravy with cornstarch. Put chicken in pan or pour gravy over chicken in bowl.
