BEEF HOUSE ROLLS 
3/4 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. butter

Mix and bring to boil, cool to room temperature.

2 pkgs. dry yeast
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. warm water
5 c. flour

Mix yeast with warm water to dissolve. Add egg and 3 cups flour; beat until smooth. Add remaining flour, use more to make it unsticky. Mix well. Place in greased bowl to rise. Form rolls, rise again. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
