PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN CAKE 
1 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
3 eggs, beaten slightly
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. pineapple juice

Melt butter in baking pan. Put brown sugar on top of butter. On top of this spread drained pineapple. Beat eggs until light. Add sugar and pineapple juice and last add flour with baking powder. Pour over pineapple and bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 325 degrees.
