BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 bunch broccoli (3 stalks)
1/2 c. med. red onion (opt.)
1/2 c. raisins
6 slices bacon, crumbled
1 c. Chinese noodles (opt.)

DRESSING:

2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. mayonnaise

Mix dressing and set aside. Wash and drain broccoli. Separate broccoli flowerettes into bite size pieces. Peel broccoli stalk and chop in bite size pieces. Add bacon and other ingredients just before serving.
