CHOCOLATE CRUNCHY CARAMEL CHEWS 
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. all natural Grandma's molasses
2 c. crushed bite size crispy rice squares
40 Kraft caramels
3 tbsp. milk
1 (6 oz.) pkg. (1 c.) Nestle Toll House semi sweet chocolate morsels
1 c. chopped walnuts

Melt butter with molasses over low heat. Stir in rice squares; press into greased 9 inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Melt caramels with milk in heavy saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently until smooth. Pour over crust, sprinkle with chocolate morsels and nuts. Cool. Cut into squares. Makes 16 squares.
