7 LAYER SALAD 
1 head lettuce
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
1 (6 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
8 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
3/4 c. sour cream
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. carrots

Spread bite-size pieces of lettuce on bottom of 9 x 13 x 1 1/2 inch pan. Combine celery and onions and sprinkle of lettuce. Put green peppers, carrots and peas in layers of lettuce.

In a bowl, blend sour cream, sugar and mayonnaise. Spoon over last layer. Sprinkle cheese and bacon on top core and refrigerate overnight.
