3 BEAN SALAD (Butternut Wisdom) 
1 lb. can yellow wax bens
1 lb. can red kidney beans
1 lb. can whole green beans (cut in half)
1 lg. can garbanzo beans
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 lg. green pepper, sliced

Drain all beans.

DRESSING:

1 c. wine vinegar
1/2 c. sugar (skimp)
1/2 c. salad oil

Drain all beans thoroughly.

Blend the dressing ingredients well and pour over the beans. Add salt and pepper to taste. Slice onion and green pepper and place on top. Marinate overnight. Mix a few times.
