ZUCCHINI CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour milk
2 1/2 c. flour
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. finely chopped zucchini
1/4 c. chocolate chips

Cream butter, oil and sugar together. Add eggs, vanilla, sour milk and beat well. Stir in dry ingredients and beat well. Stir in zucchini. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the top.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes. Note: Instead of putting chocolate chips on top before baking wait until cake is done and spread melted chips over the top.
