1/2 c. soft butter
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour milk
2 1/2 c. flour
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 to 1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. grated zucchini

Cream together butter, oil and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and sour milk. Beat. Mix together flour, cocoa, baking powder, soda and cinnamon. Add slowly to creamed mixture. Stir in zucchini. Pour into 9x12 inch greased pan. Sprinkle on top with chocolate chips. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until a straw inserted in the middle of the cake comes out clean.
