ZUCCHINI DOUBLE CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. sour milk (1/2 tbsp. vinegar & enough milk to make 1/2 c.)
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
4 tbsp. cocoa powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. each of baking powder, salt & cinnamon
2 c. finely grated zucchini, drained
1/3 c. chocolate chips
1/3 c. black walnuts, chopped

Cream butter, oil and eggs. Add sugar and cream well. Prepare sour milk; add vanilla. Combine dry ingredients. Add alternately with milk, vinegar and vanilla mixture to creamed mixture. Mix well. Fold in zucchini. Pour into 13"x9" greased and floured baking pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Bake at 325 degrees about 60 minutes or until cake tests done.
