1/4 c. cocoa
1 stick butter
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. can evaporated milk

Mix above ingredients and bring to a boil for one minute. Add 1/2 cup peanut butter, 3 1/2 cup oatmeal and mix until coated. Very quickly spoon on wax paper and let cool.
