NO BAKE COOKIES 
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 cube butter
3 c. oats
2/3 c. coconut
1 c. walnuts
1/2 c. dates
1 c. peanut butter

Melt sugar, milk and butter until sugar dissolves. Mix walnuts, dates and peanut butter with sugar mixture in a large bowl; mix well. Add oats and coconut. Spread into 8 x 13 inch pan and refrigerate for 1-2 hours until hard.
