ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
3 c. diced zucchini
2 c. shredded carrots
1 grated onion (optional)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. sour cream

Pour into a 2 quart dish.

TOPPING:

1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
1/2 c. melted butter

Bake for 25 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
