CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
2 1/2 c. diced cooked chicken

FILLING:

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 egg
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

TOPPING:

1/2 pkg. herb stuffing mix
1 stick melted butter

Layer broccoli and chicken in a 9 x 13 pan. Mix filling ingredients together and pour over broccoli and chicken. Top with stuffing mix and melted butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
