LASAGNA 
2 lb. hamburger
1 c. chopped onion
2 cloves minced garlic
2 tsp. oregano
2 cans tomato soup
1/2 c. water
2 tsp. vinegar
1/2 lb. lasagna, cooked & drained
1/2 lb. mozzarella cheese
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
Parmesan cheese

In saucepan brown beef; drain. Add garlic, oregano and onion. Add vinegar, soup and water. Simmer 30 minutes. Layer ingredients in casserole or oblong pan. Lasagna, meat sauce, mozzarella cheese, Cheddar cheese, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Repeat until all ingredients are used. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
