HOMEMADE PUMPKIN PIE 
1 pumpkin
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 can sweetened condensed milk (evaporated)

Cut pumpkin into wedges. Pressure cook or boil until skin peels. Remove skin. Place pumpkin into blender and mix. Take 2 cups blended pumpkin and add all the ingredients. Mix well. Pour into ready crust pie shell. Put into preheated 425 degree oven. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Serve hot with whipped cream. Makes 2 pies.

Wonderful recipe. I didn't add or subtract from the ingredients. The Pumpkin came from my garden. I pureed it a couple of months ago and took it from the freezer yesterday to thaw in the fridge. Added everything as directed, made the crust (Krusteaz), then baked 50 minutes. Wonderful flavor!
