PEA SALAD 
1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
1 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. skinless salted peanuts
1 c. bacon, crisp and crumbled
Squeeze of lemon
Salt and pepper, to taste

Defrost peas, mix with celery, onion and sour cream. Let stand several hours. When ready to serve, add rest and mix well.
