PEA SALAD 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, defrosted
1 c. celery
3 to 6 green onions
1/4 lb. cooked bacon, crumbled
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Beaumonde seasoning
1 handful peanuts
Dash pepper
Squeeze lemon

Combine all ingredients. Serve chilled.
