BUTTER PECAN DESSERT 
65 Ritz crackers (1/2 box)
1 stick melted butter
2 pkg. instant French vanilla pudding
1 1/2 c. cold milk
1 qt. soft butter pecan ice cream
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip

Crush crackers and mix with melted butter. Put on bottom of 9 x 13 cake pan. Mix pudding and milk. Fold in ice cream. Put on crust. Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle crushed crackers on top. Freeze. Take out 1 to 2 hours before serving.
