HOT PEPPER JELLY 
1/4 c. chopped HOT peppers, green or red
1 1/2 c. green bell peppers
6 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. vinegar
1 bottle Certo (liquid)

Grind peppers on fine blade of chopper. Mix peppers, sugar and vinegar and bring to a boil for 3 minutes. Add Certo and boil 1 more minute. Pour in hot jars and seal.
