SAUSAGE AND SPINACH PIE 
3 eggs
1 lb. sausage
1 (10 oz.) box frozen chopped spinach
1 carton cottage cheese
8 oz. Mozzarella c cheese
Onion
Garlic
Mushroom (optional)
1 deep dish pie crust or 2 (9 inch) pie crusts

Thaw spinach and drain. Brown sausage and onion. Add all ingredients together and put in pie shell(s), 350-400 degrees, 40-45 minutes.
