GRILLED SALMON STEAKS 
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. orange or pineapple juice
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. honey
4 salmon steaks

Marinate steaks for 30-45 minutes. Grill on medium-high heat about 5 minutes on each side while continuing to baste with marinade leftover. Serve immediately. Good with rice and sugar snap peas.
