CALIFORNIA QUICHE 
10 inch uncooked pie shell
6 strips bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
8 oz. pkg. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
4 oz. can green chilies, diced
1 1/2 c. light cream (or can Carnation milk)
4 eggs
1 med. onion, quartered

Sprinkle bacon, cheese and chilies onto bottom of pie crust. Put cream, eggs and onion in blender, blend for 10 seconds. Pour cream mixture into pie shell. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes, or until top is golden brown and quiche is set. Remove from oven and allow to set for 5 minutes before serving.
