SCALLOPED CORN SUPREME 
1 egg, beaten
1 c. milk
1 c. salted crackers, crushed
1 (17 oz.) can cream style corn
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1/4 c. onion
1/4 c. chopped green peppers
3 tbsp. pimento
1 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
Salt to taste

Mix egg, milk and crackers. Add other ingredients. Top with 1/2 cup crushed crackers and 1 tablespoon butter. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
