SCALLOP CORN BREAD | |
1 can cream corn 1 (15 oz.) can corn (leave juice in) 1 stick butter (1/2 c.), melted 2 eggs 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix Mix above ingredients all together. Put in 2 quart casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Serves 8-10. |
