SAVORY BAKED FISH 
1 tsp. instant minced onion
1/2 tsp. powdered mustard
1/4 tsp. tarragon leaves
1/16 tsp. ground black pepper
2 tsp. warm water
1 1/2 lb. fillet of whitefish, halibut or cod
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Paprika

Combine first 4 ingredients with water; let stand 10 minutes. Wipe fish. Arrange in a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with salt. Add lemon juice and mayonnaise to tarragon mixture. Spread on fish. Bake at 425 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Garnish with paprika.

Quite yummy. I used a smaller greased casserole dish and tented it with foil because I was using frozen cod from the grocery. At 30 min. it was a little over done, but I'd rather have over done than under done. Not sure why this was, but the results, served with basmati rice and a salad, were pretty good.
