BAKED FISH 
1 1/2 lbs. white fish, filets
Progresso Italian bread crumbs
Flour
1 egg white
3-4 green onions
Approximately 1/3 c. slivered almonds
Paprika
1/2-3/4 c. each sour cream and mayonnaise

Grease glass baking dish; heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix bread crumbs and flour together and coat fish; lay in baking dish, sprinkle with chopped green onions.

Beat egg white until fluffy; stir in sour cream and mayonnaise. Pour over fish. Sprinkle with almonds and paprika. Bake about 30 minutes or until fish flakes.
