TACO CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 Old El Paso taco seasoning mixes
Nacho chips or corn chips, crushed
1 head lettuce, shredded
1 onion, chopped
3 lg. pkgs. grated cheese
4 tomatoes, cut up

Brown 2 pounds ground beef. Add 2 envelopes of Old El Paso taco seasoning mix, following package directions. Crush nacho chips and line bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Layer with ground beef mixture, onion, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese. Repeat layers over and over until pan is filled to top. Broil until cheese melts (just a few minutes). Add hot sauce or salsa, if desired.
