CRUSTY CHICKEN BREASTS 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 stick melted butter
8 boned chicken breasts
1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb stuffing mix, crushed

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Use a 9"x9" baking dish. Thoroughly mix mayonnaise, mustard and butter. Dip the chicken breasts in the mixture and roll in the stuffing. Place the breasts in the baking dish. If there is stuffing left, stir it with the remaining butter mixture and sprinkle around the breasts. Bake covered for 1 hour. Then remove cover and bake for an additional 30 minutes.

This dish can be prepared earlier in the day and refrigerated until time to bake. Serves 6 to 8.
