CHICKEN BREAST CASSEROLE 
3 chicken breasts (6 pieces), boiled and cut in bite-size pieces
1 1/2 c. diced celery
1 can mushroom soup
1 can water chestnuts, diced
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix ingredients. Place in casserole dish. Cover with 1/2 package Pepperidge Farm dressing mixed with 1/2 stick butter. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes.
