CRUSTY CHICKEN BREASTS 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3 tsp. prepared mustard
1 melted butter
8 boned chicken breasts
1 pkg. (8 oz.) herbed stuffing mix (crushed)

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Use 9x9x2 baking dish. Thoroughly mix mayonnaise, mustard and butter. Dip the chicken breasts in the mixture and roll in the stuffing. Place the breasts in dish. If there is any stuffing left, stir it in with remaining butter mixture and sprinkle around breasts.

Bake covered for 1 hour. Uncover and bake for 30 minutes. May be prepared early in the day and refrigerated until time to bake. Do not salt chicken; the ingredients provide the seasoning.
