1 c. sugar
1 c. butter
2 1/2 c. cooked, dried apples, mashed
4 c. flour
4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
8 oz. pecans
1 lg. box raisins
1 c. blackberry jam or jelly

Cream together sugar and butter. Add apples and mix well. Add pecans, raisins, and jam. Mix dry ingredients together, then add to apple mixture. Mix well. Bake in a greased and floured tube pan in a preheated 350 degree oven for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
