HERBED CORN ON THE COB | |
4 ears corn, unhusked 1/4 c. butter (softened to room temp.) 1/2 tsp. basil 1/2 tsp. oregano 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1. Preheat the oven 375 degrees. Cut four large squares of foil. 2. Peel back but do not remove the corn husks. Remove the corn silk. 3. In a small bowl, blend together the butter, basil, oregano, salt and pepper. 4. Spread about 1 tablespoon of herbed butter on each ear of corn then close the husk around the corn. |
