HERBED CORN ON THE COB | |
3 tbsp. minced fresh dill or 1 tbsp. dried dill 3 tbsp. minced fresh thyme or 1 tbsp. dried thyme 1 tbsp. water 1 tbsp. safflower oil 1 clove of garlic, minced 4 ears fresh corn Combine dill, thyme, water, oil and garlic in small bowl; mix well. Brush on corn. Wrap each ear individually in foil. Bake at 450 degrees for 25 minutes, turning several times. Yield: 4 servings. Exchange: 1 1/2 bread-starch, 1/2 fat. |
