CORN COB JELLY 
12 red corn cobs (broken into pieces)
3 qts. water

Boil 20 minutes and strain.

3 c. liquid (add water if not enough)

Boil 1 package of Sure Jell with 3 cups liquid. When it gets to boiling point add 3 cups of sugar and boil about 3 minutes.

Add a couple drops of red color if you like.

The finished jell tastes like apple jell...
