HAMBURG, POTATO, ONION CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. ground beef
4 potatoes
2 onions
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Salt & pepper

Divide ground beef in half. Put half in bottom of dish. Put sliced potatoes in layer, then put 1 layer of sliced onions. Press other ground beef out and lay on top of onions. Repeat with 1 layer of potatoes and onions, salt and pepper. Mix soup together and pour on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour.
