STUFFED MANICOTTI 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1 egg
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
3/4 c. milk
3 slices bread
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Spaghetti sauce

Soak the bread in the milk. Meanwhile brown the meat. Blend the meat with the bread and milk mixture, egg, Mozzarella and parsley. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Parboil the manicotti noodles for about 4-6 minute sin boiling water.

Using a teaspoon fill the partially cooked manicotti with the cheese and meat filling. Pour enough sauce to cover bottom of a baking dish. Arrange the filled manicotti in a single layer in the baking dish. Pour the remainder of the sauce to cover the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with grated cheese and serve.
