MEXICAN SPAGHETTI CASSEROLE | |
1 1/2 lb. ground beef, browned 1/2 c. chopped onion, browned with beef 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 2 tsp. chili powder 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 lg. can tomatoes, drained & chopped 1 sm. jar black olives, drained & chopped 1 can cream style corn 7 oz. spaghetti, broken up & cooked Drain ground beef and spaghetti. Mix all ingredients well. Spread in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with crumbled Dorito or corn chips. Cover pan with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. |
