MEXICAN SPAGHETTI 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 1/2 cans (4 1/2 c.) water
2 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. taco mix
2 tbsp. minced onions
8 oz. spaghetti
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Brown ground beef, add salt, tomato sauce, water, taco mix and onion. Bring to a boil, add spaghetti. Simmer covered for 25-30 minutes or until spaghetti is tender. Stir frequently. Serves 6.
