HAM BALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground cured ham
1 1/2 lbs. ground fresh pork
3/4 c. fine cracker crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard

Mix well and form into 15 balls, about 1/2 cup for each individual serving. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. The last 15 minutes spoon glaze over balls.

GLAZE:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. pineapple juice or crushed pineapple
