Mix together in one bowl and set aside: 8 oz. cream cheese 1 c. confectioners' sugar

3 1/2 c. milk
2 (3 1/2 oz.) boxes French vanilla pudding (instant)
12 oz. Cool Whip
1 lb. 4 oz. bag Oreo cookies

In large bowl, mix pudding, Cool Whip, and milk. Combine both bowls. Crush cookies. Block holes in pot if necessary. Put a layer of cookies, layer of cream filling alternately. End up with cookies (crushed fine) on top to look like dirt.
