POPPY SEED MUFFINS OR CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
3/4 c. oil
1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. coconut cream pudding
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/4 c. (1 oz. jar) poppy seeds, soak in 1 c. hot water

Mix all together. Mix well. Bake cake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Bake muffins 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
