CHICKEN TETRAZZINI 
4 oz. thin spaghetti, broken into 4 inch pieces
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
2 c. chicken, diced
1/4 c. pimento, chopped (optional)
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1 tbsp. onion, minced
Dash of black pepper
1/2 c. cheese, shredded

Cook spaghetti. Add to mixture of all other ingredients except cheese. Sprinkle cheese on top after placing in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or 375 degrees for 45 minutes. 4 to 6 servings.
